This delicious cocktail is a combination of Wine, sparkling soda, fruit juice (optional) and ice. This drink can be a great way to cut calories, reduce your alcohol consumption, and even extend your Wine supply at parties you're hosting. I've found that this can be a tasty way to consume some Wine that didn't taste quite as good as you had hoped. You can use most any type of sparkling soda (Sprite, Club Soda, Ginger Ale, etc.), with just about any type of Wine (white, red, rose). Using chilled ingredients will help minimize the ice diluting your drink. We hope you enjoy our featured cocktail, the Wine Spritzer!
6 oz. Wine (your choice)
2 oz. Sparkling Soda (I used Ginger Ale in the photo)
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Pour the ingredients into a Wine glass, and stir. Add ice, and garnish. If you like, you can drop in a few pieces of fruit for color and flavor. It's very simple, quite tasty, and another fun way to drink Wine. Cheers to the Wine Spritzer!
