Cocktails don't get much simpler than this one. The origins of the drink (the Tom Collins) go back 140 years, and along the way, someone replaced the Gin, with Vodka. There are many recipes for a tasty Collins mix, however, for simplicity, we used a combination of ready made ingredients. A great drink any time of year, but especially so, as things start to warm up. We hope you enjoy this thirst quenching cooler, the Vodka Collins!
2 oz. Collins Mix (Master of Mixes works well)
2 oz. Lemonade (fresh or Minute Maid)
2 oz. Sprite (or Soda Water)
Lemon or Lime Wheel
Add all of the ingredients to an ice filled Collins glass. Stir, garnish accordingly, insert a long straw, and get ready to enjoy this cocktail classic, the Vodka Collins. Cheers!
