Tropical Thunder (frozen)
When temps. reach the 90's, a tasty frozen cocktail is surely one way to get cooled down.  Here's an easy recipe for a delicious drink that combines Pineapple, Coconut, and Banana, to create an icy, slushy, summer treat.  Do enjoy our "Cocktail of the Week" ......Tropical Thunder!
4 oz. Banana Schnapps
4 oz. Island Punch Pucker (Dekuyper)
4 oz. Rum (any flavor)
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Pina Colada Mix
4 tbsp. Coco Lopez (cream of coconut)
1 heaping tbsp. of Cool Whip
1 Banana
Ready Whipped Cream
Cherries for garnish
(makes 3 or 4 drinks)

In a blender, add the spirits, Pineapple Juice, Pina Colada Mix, Coco Lopez, and Banana (save a few slices for garnish).  Start adding ice until the mix is about an inch from the top of the blender.  Blend for about 2 minutes.  Then stop, add the Cool Whip, and blend until it is fully incorporated.  The Cool Whip makes the cocktail a bit sweeter and creamier.  That's it.....pour into your favorite cocktail glass, and garnish with some Ready Whip, a Banana slice, and a Cherry.  Insert a straw, and watch how quickly things start to cool off when you're drinking a frozen Tropical Thunder!
