Shark Bite

Shark Bite

On average, fewer than 10 people a year are killed by shark attacks.  On the other hand, falling Coconuts kill about 150 people annually.  So, I suppose you're safer swimming with sharks than walking on the beach under the shade of Coconut trees.  Go figure.  Our great looking cocktail is so named because of its tropical blue color that is tainted with a few drops of blood (Grenadine).  As appealing to the eye as it is to the palate, we present our featured cocktail... Shark Bite!

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
2 oz. Sprite
.25 oz Grenadine
Cherry for garnish

Directions

Combine the 3 Spirits and Sweet & Sour Mix in an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Cover, shake well, and strain into a Rocks glass.  Add the chilled Sprite, and give it a stir.  Add the Grenadine drop by drop (to give the appearance of blood in the blue water), and garnish with a Cherry.  It's really simple to put together, and very tasty.  Don't be afraid to give it a try...Shark Bite.  Cheers!
