Razzleberry Daiquiri

Razzleberry Daiquiri
If you've ever had some of a Marie Callender Razzleberry Pie, then you're probably already smiling.  Generally, Razzleberry refers to a mixture of Raspberries and Blackberries, and can be left with a nice tart flavor, or sweetened to any degree desired.  Our cocktail, though somewhat tart, has enough sweeteners to please any palate.  Great for the holidays, or any time of the year, we hope you enjoy our featured cocktail, the Razzleberry Daiquiri...!!!
2 oz. DeKuyper Razzmatazz
2 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur or Chambord
12 Fresh Blackberries
1 oz. Roses Sweetened Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Cream of Coconut
2 Tsp. Confectioners Sugar
Whipped Cream
Dozen, or so, cubes of Ice
(makes four servings)
Combine everything (except a few Blackberries) into a blender.  Blend until you get the consistency that you like.  Pour into a Hurricane glass,  Top with some Whipped Cream, add a couple of Blackberries or Raspberries to garnish, insert a long straw, and start relaxing with your delicious Razzleberry Daiquiri.  Cheers!
