Something about the color purple is very appealing. It is associated with royalty and nobility, and is one of three common colors that has no true word that rhymes with it. Our cocktail takes on the color mainly from the addition of Chambord, and like most Margaritas, you can certainly tweak the ingredients to get it tasting the way you like. Have fun with our "Cocktail of the Week", the Purple Margarita!
2 oz. Gold Tequila
2 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Sweet & Sour mix
1 tbsp. Frozen Lime concentrate
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Lime Wheel for garnish
Coarse Salt (optional)
If you like a salted rim, do that now. Add the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, and pour into your favorite Margarita glass. Add the lime wheel, and savor the unique flavor of our featured cocktail, the.....Purple Margarita!!!
