Thought to have been created in the forties, this sweet cocktail found its fame in the 60's and 70's. Its unique flavor comes from Creme de Noyaux, a red Almond tasting liqueur made from the stones of Plums, Cherries, Peaches, and Apricots. When this red liqueur ends up in the shaker with cream, the result is this Pepto looking concoction that will satisfy any sweet tooth. At about $12, a bottle of Creme de Noyaux should be behind every bar. Cheers!

Combine all of the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, strain into a chilled Martini glass, and serve with a couple of sipping straws (they'll keep you from gulping). Give it a try, our featured cocktail... Pink Squirrel. Enjoy!
