Understandably, among bartenders, certain cocktails are considered a "pain in the ass" to make. Maybe it's the number of ingredients, or the amount of time that it takes to make a particular drink, or maybe it's just the mess that it makes. I can't imagine that this tasty gem got its name beacause of any of those reasons. I couldn't find the origin of its name, but it's quick and simple to make, and a feast for both the palate and the eyes. With a delicious combination of Melon, Pineapple, Coconut, and Apple, we bring you our featured cocktail... Pain In The Ass. Cheers!

2 oz. 7-Up
Cherry to garnish
