Key Lime Colada

Key Lime Colada
During another trip down the aisle of guilt at the grocery store (the cookie aisle), I saw an intriguing cookie that stirred up thoughts of delicious cocktails.  It was called the Key Lime Cookie Straw.  Turns out that the Key Lime is a bit more tart, and bitter, than the Persian Lime that we're all familiar with.  It can be a bit difficult to find Key Lime ingredients, so feel free to use regular Lime products instead.  This tasty concoction infuses Lime with a modified Pina Colada, to create our "Featured Cocktail", the Key Lime Colada.  Cheers!
3 oz. Rum (clear)
1.5 oz. Key Lime Liqueur (Capt. Morgan Lime Bite works fine )
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
4 oz. Pina Colada Mix (Master of Mixes)
4 tbsp. of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Roses Sweetened Lime Juice
1 tray of ice
Whipped Cream
Lime Wheels
Key Lime Cookie Straws

(makes about 3 glasses)
Combine everything, except the garnishes, into a blender.  Blend to your desired consistency, and pour into your favorite cocktail glass.  Add a lime wheel, whipped cream, and a couple of Key Lime Cookie Straws.  Insert a straw, and enjoy your Key Lime Colada.  If you don't have all of the ingredients, don't worry, just get a little creative and have some fun!
